Wendy leads Brainology’s work, combining senior organisational experience with coaching practice grounded in behavioural science, exceptional director level experience both in-house, non-exec board roles and interim roles.
Her style is pragmatic and outcome-led — focused on what leaders need to do differently, and what organisations can change to make improvement sustainable.

With over 20 years at executive level global corporate roles, including Consulting Director, Digital Transformation Director and HR Director, alongside being a qualified psychologist; Wendy can draw on real world experiences grounded in academia.
